I had a lovely stay at this resort spa, which was clean and modern, making it a comfortable spot for relaxation. The public bath was a highlight for me, providing a very soothing experience. However, the hotel's location required a bit of travel to reach downtown, and I felt a slight disconnect from traditional Japanese hospitality during my visit. Overall, it was a good value for a modern hotel with great amenities.

The room I stayed in was huge and well-appointed, featuring a nice bathroom with an onsen-style wash area. It was very comfortable, though my view was limited since it faced the indoor complex.

While the resort is set in a nice area, it's a 45-minute shuttle ride from the downtown station which might not be ideal for everyone.

This resort hotel provided a lovely stay with spacious, clean rooms and a beautiful courtyard view. The onsen is a standout feature, offering a variety of pools to enjoy. While the dining options are plentiful, they can be a bit pricey. The location might feel isolated for some, but it's perfect for unwinding. Overall, it's a great place for relaxation, especially with the onsen facilities.

The hotel offers a modern and clean stay, ideal for those wanting a Western feel while still being in Japan. The spacious suite was a pleasant surprise, and the service was top-notch. However, it's important to note that the experience can feel a bit disconnected from traditional Japanese hospitality. The public bath was fantastic but may not align with everyone's expectations of a Japanese inn.

This hotel offers a good escape for those wanting a mix of Western comfort and Japanese amenities. The spacious rooms provide excellent value for money, especially with the complimentary access to the expansive onsen. However, the dining options can be a bit pricey, and the hotel's non-traditional approach might not suit everyone looking for an authentic Japanese experience.

Dining

While the breakfast buffet was varied and satisfactory, I found some dining options to be on the pricier side. The quality was good, but I expected more variety.
Facilities

The onsen facilities are fantastic and definitely a highlight. With many options for relaxation, it compensates for the hotel's few shortcomings.
